Visited this Taco Bell recently 04/14/25 anround 6:30PM and the experience was genuinely disappointing. I stood at the counter trying to get someone’s attention to ask about a simple modification the kiosk couldn’t handle—but it was like I wasn’t even there. No acknowledgment, no help, just avoidant movement and employees moving around without concern for the customers trying to engage. Update: visiting for the first time since the last review. It’s only fair to the new staff to give it an update. The food was really good, I know…it’s TacoBell. I grew up on this stuff, so believe me when I say it was good TacoBell. As my kids would say, “no cap”. I've stopped here a few times while in Manchester, and each time, something is off with my order. They either swapped an item with something similar or missed sauce packets. They seem like nice people, and I really shouldn't be eating this stuff, but my experiences have made me consider going to the next closest Taco Bell instead to avoid the hassle.
