Regional Management forces people to wait outside for their orders to be ready. I had to wait outside in below freezing weather to wait for an order to be ready. The drive-thru was completely empty and they told me to wait outside at the front window; out of my car just be clear. It was also at 5:00 in the morning. This is regional Management not the store management

Night shift for the win best Taco Bell ive had in years!
This location seems to struggle consistently. Not sure if this is due to upper management at charter foods or the store itself. Location can never seem to do anything right even with clear instructions on orders. Have been here 3 times recently and on each visit they have managed to screw up orders when advised of an allergy. And of course I’m spending 30 plus dollars then come home to find out the orders are all messed up. This hasn’t happened once but now it’s becoming a common theme.
