The staff at the south willow taco bell is disgusting I had two mobile orders I got one as soon as I got there and the other took HALF AN HOUR they refused to answer me when I asked if it was done workers were rude and decide get mad and walk to the back of the kitchen while multiple people were asking where their food is and also about how items are missing wanting refunds and getting refused due to the fact they did it on the mobile app and it "doesn't work like that" is atrocious staff needs to actually do their jobs inst... read more
Worst service ever took an hour to get my order. If you want fast food do not come here
Slowest restraint service ever, fast food at this location on average takes anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour for small orders while there is literally no one else at the establishment. I doubt this has anything to do with the employees but this location has had an issue for over 10 years with being abysmally slow.
Amazing employees great energy.
