Made an order through the app and when I went through drive through the worker told me it would be just four min to swing to the front and will bring it out.. after about 20 minutes of patiently waiting I leave the parking spot and go back through the drive through and he happily hands me cold food saying he was waiting for me to come back through the drive through for it.. im like how long is this been ready… worker; about 20 minutes!!!! Refused to take orders at the counter. Will only except kiosk orders. If it were busy it he understandable but it was not.
Food came out fast, but it was cold and hard.
The service was amazing, mainly because of the manager. Amari is my undisputed GOAT. She gave me a free taco card after the whole situation with the other manager, who accused me of “switching beef into my Cheesy Bean and Rice.” Like, hello, I’m a vegetarian, so why would I go out of my way to do that? and where would I get taco bell beef from Amari completely made up for it because she knows I’m a regular, and every order I’ve ever gotten has always been switched to a vegetarian option.
