The tacos were soggy and falling apart, the lady tried to hand me 26 sauce packets when I asked for some, and spilled at least 3 onto the pavement below from the drive thru. I said "no no that is way too much" and she just extends them further toward me so I accepted them, as they fell everywhere. It was like a softball sized ball of sauce packets, cut it out please so awkward and weird. Late Sunday night, I ordered a crunchwrap. There is a Karen yelling at the staff for black beans. Holding up the line, calling customer service, asking for manager, making life hard. Despite the chaos, I still get my crunchwrap. It is still a very good crunchwrap. The dude that made my crunchwrap is the MVP. Thank you kind sir!
