Waited in the drive through for 45 min. Watched the guy at the window pick his nose. The order was wrong, so I had him fix it, but it turned out to be wrong again. He picked his nose again. Got home and started eating, and half the food is burnt while the other half is soggy. Ended up having to make food for the kids and ourselves anyway.
How convenient that they can’t take orders thirty minutes before they close because their system is down. They close at 3am and they are thirty minutes from closing. Happens every time.
This taco bell is the best one in Beaumont!! The food is always amazing, staff is always friendly and go above and beyond!! Ive never had tacos that big or the quesadilla!! At other locations its mostly lettuce and you're lucky if you have half a taco left after removing some. Not this location!! I have to find out the woman's name working the drive thru and the other 2 team members to give them their credit!!
Went there around 11am and door was locked but workers were inside. Someone was at the counter and looked like they were ordering.
