Forgot the cheese on my grilled cheese burrito AND forgot my nacho fries *ik u only showed one side of the burrito but there is no cheese on both sides*
Ordered my lunch asked for sauce didn't get it, no straw for my drink, no napkins either. Thankfully I went back to work to eat it. I think if the girl wasn't talking on her phone she may have remembered my sauce napkins and straw.
KUDDOS to Ms. Melinda! I had a situation with the order placed and was upset; yet decided to reach out to the Mgr and her response was simply FRIENDLY, APPROACHABLE and SOLUTION-DRIVEN. She fixed the order, and did it with no attitude, just 100% exemplary customer service! Thank you Ms. Melinda for your understanding and kindness. 2020: Order was prepared quickly and correctly and staff wore masks. 2025 edit: Will no longer do to go orders at this location as my last order had 7 items. 2 items were missing and had 3 items we didn't even order. Food is OK here if you get what you ordered.
