Jose is very rude! This is a horrible location. Placed a mobile order and it showed in the system as a last name but shows in my app with my first and last name. Provided the order number and they still claimed they didn't have it, even though order number is printed on the receipt. I asked for his name and he hung out of his window and stared at me. I looked back at him because I guess he thought he was going to intimidate me. I work in customer service so intimidation does not work on me
Only option was to use the kiosk which was fine, but you would think staff would have enough time to clean the tables. There was literally 1/2 teaspoon of ground beef in the taco supreme and the taco shell was only half full of the remaining ingredients. The women's restroom needed some attention. Staff obviously don't know how to put the industrial rolls of toilet paper in the holder-it was on top of it.
