Previously gave this Taco Bell a 4 star, but unfortunately they just burned their last bridge with me. Here are the details: Placed my drive thru mobile order at 9:43. Got to Taco Bell at 9:51. Got to drive thru ordering screen at 10:25 and told them I had a pickup order. Got to the window at about 10:30 and got my food at 10:45. The lady working the register was on her phone for those 15 minutes and there were other workers also not working despite a line of cars honking behind me. You just can't beat a Baja Blast. It goes with everything on the menu.
Food was cold nasty I paid extra for the cheese and chips to sub for the cinnamon twist and it was not even half the container I had to leave drive thru go inside to get it fixed chalupa had 3 pieces of chicken a little sour cream taco barely had any meat all it was was a shell basically the chips were the best out the box the 5 layer was nasty no flavor no sour cream in it and was cold it’s a heck no I’ll continue to go out the way to the one off Walden road
