Absolute terrible, rude and condescending customer service. I went through the drive through and asked about the box they had and was told to look myself and they couldnt help me read it. I simply asked if they had a diffrent box other than the chicken and was told they cant help me if I dont know what I want. I asked 1 single question and was talked down at by whoever was working the drive through
Place is honestly a joke. They are barely open and when they are they are missing multiple items or something is broken to where they can’t make certain items. Probably the only Taco Bell to be closed at 11 pm also
Just wanted to say I’m sorry you did put the jalapeño sauce in the bag I just didn’t see it. Called to say that but no one answered the phone.
Thankfully I ordered when I did, witnessed first hand, an employee not washing his hands after being in the stall. Disgusting location.
