taco bell it's not like used to be before they became greedy and they reduced the food quantity and they raised the prices i will not order from them anymore i recommend mexican restaurants better quantity and better prices and quality too

Took forever to get the food and the the Oder was incorrect. The new food was cold and the order was still wrong
Dine in and Door Dash experiences both terrible, as they do not work on front counter orders while there are cars in the drive thru (there are almost always cars in the drive thru due to slow service there as well). You'll regularly wait 45+ minutes for an order for one person. If you use the kiosk to order you might wait 30 minutes for your drink cup as they don't even look at the lobby while working on drive thru orders. Managers constantly calling for people who are in the back, I guess they're hiding there.
We pulled up to the order box just to be greeted with, “we aren’t taking orders at the moment.” The doors were locked too but business says open. Close the store if you aren’t taking orders and please improve customer service.
