Drive order was taken by AI very annoying. Prices are too high for what you receive. There. Was a hair in the middle of my burrito. Terrible experience.

The dining room is consistently dirty or sticky and the workers are too busy with their interpersonal conversations than paying attention to what they are doing. Avoid this location, the one in the Winco parking lot is leaps and bounds better
I went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the box combos that had nuggets, fries, a chalupa and a taco with a drink only to get home in Shasta lake to find out they didn’t put any of the chalupas or the tacos into my bag. Very disappointing on top of the person giving us our food was very rude when we asked to add a burrito to our order and she made us go back in line through the drive thru to order a burrito. The service here is horrible! Never coming to this Taco Bell again.
