Sat in line for almost 20mins without moving, thankfully we were still so far back we were able to leave and go to the one on Dana...where we had our order in less than 5mins. I understand staffing shortages can happen but thats usually due to bad management. We watched 4 other people leave before we did. If this were the first time I would chalk it up to a bad day....but its not, and I have completely given up on this location.
