Ordered my food online at 12:15pm and when I got here I was waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and when I get to the window they still don’t have my food ready and they tell me to park at a parking spot, didn’t get my food till 1:00pm, ridiculous
out of the 7 items ordered i only got 2. waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the window when i came back the 2nd time to fix my order and food was cold. one of my beefy burritos literally only had beans. terrible service and inattentive workers. do not recommend
SLOW AF. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get an app order done. Or ANY order for that matter. I’m just not going to this location again
Sat in drive thru line for 10 minutes without moving. Parked and walked in only to be greeted by a kiosk. All I wanted was a taco and a water. I ask for a water cup and have to pay. Then the machine is off. And very sticky. After 20 minutes I finally sit down with a water and a taco.
