Twice I have come to pick up my online order in the drive through and they tell me to drive around and pick up my order at the drive through window. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t offer to bring order out to me.
They like to snicker and make fun of people . Very rude and unprofessional. Lost me as a customer .
