Understaffed, give the workers room to breath.
Horrible Horrible service. Went there on January 29th at 645 pm. Came inside to pick up a Mobile order waited over 15 min on line because the lady working the counter was the drive thru worker as well. When asked who was the front cashier she said me and proceeded to walk away to the drive thru and stood there. I saw them placing burritos on the dirty counter to prepare them and then place them inside bags with everything falling out the wrapper. Will never come to this or any Tavo Bell location, no manager on site!!!!
The brother over there Andrew was super cool and had great hospitality. The food was amazing and he went out of his way to make us fresh batches from some of my items because he knew he couldn’t give anybody some of the old stuff laying around. Over all amazing customer service and Great food
The employee there named Andrew is amazing good service excellent etiquette, if he’s not a manager he needs to be one because he’s the best Taco Bell employee ever and I have been going in and out of Taco Bell’s for years and this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to right a review.
