Tables were dirty, no hand soap in bathroom, no one to take order, kiosk only.
Ive bene in drive threw window for 25 min worst ever
I placed an online order 15 minutes prior to arrival walked in the door told them I had to pick up order for myself, (after it took them a couple minutes to come to the front desk and greet me.) then proceeded to say your food will be up shortly, which meant they didn't even start it.. Is it protocol for them to wait until arrival to start an online order because I'm irritated.
Great customer service and fast.
