I ordered DoorDash and DoorDash was giving me issues & wouldn’t refund me, Megan was amazing and resolved the issue when I went to go pick up in person:)
The guy at the counter refused to take my order And said that they only take their orders from the self service kiosk, even though he literally just took someone else's order at the counter.And the inside of the restaurant smelled disgusting. Drink machine was down and the place was dirty.
Edit: I have found issues on all shifts here. Tacobell franchisee you need new managers on all shifts because theyre allowing your employees to be disrespectful from the start. I approached the com to order breakfast, your employee said "what" in a monotone voice, I move forward and collect my order I thank him and his response "whatever" disrespectful.
