Girl on the mic had no patience and pass the mic to co-worker, I bought 6 tacos with drinks, cost about $30 and 2 tacos were practically empty, no meat, just lettuce and shell . never again coming here. Now I know why these ratings are so low.
This place was a complete train wreck. Ordered on the mobile app had an order number ready. Got to the order kiosk, asked me if I had an order number OR mobile order like they were different things. This Taco Bell in Lutz, especially the one by the outlets, consistently closes earlier than the posted hours. Their hours say they’re open until 1:00 AM, but they often close around an hour early. This has happened multiple times. On top of that, the customer service is usually poor. It’s frustrating to drive there expecting the location to be open during its advertised hours, only to find it already closed or receive bad service.
