This Taco Bell used to be so great, not sure what happened. I used to go all the time, not so much anymore. I understand people can make mistakes on mobile orders, but when you continuously make the same mistake it's inexcusable. Even worse, when you, as a location, ask for feedback through the app but refuse to call me about said feedback that's a problem. Management, gird your loins, grow up, and respond to the negative feedback you requested from your customers, it's not that hard.
They have always fresh food, the vegan option is so good and the service is very kind.
Had a fantastic experience at this tacobell. Usually late night tacobell experiences can be rocky, but Amir was working the drive thru and did a fantastic job handling my order. I was having tons of troubles with my app but he helped me work through it and solve my order problems. The food was correct and fantastic. Was extremely pleased by this tacobell and the service they provided!
