I’ve always had good experiences at Taco Bell, which is why this visit stood out in a negative way. The employee working the drive-thru window (a redhead man with long hair) treated me in a way that felt disrespectful and discriminatory. The service was quick when I ordered online prior to arriving. The people were pleasant, but the food was below par. I ordered 2 burritos with beans in them, and the beans were crusty. It was as if they had been sitting for a long time. The tortilla shells were dry and hard on the edges, as well. I ended up throwing one of them away. Pretty small burritos, too, compared to other taco bells.
Tacos did not have much stuff in them. What a rip off
Poor service and products are old not fresh also they have kids get adults horrible I wouldn't give it one star
