Accident customer service
Been in the drive through line literally 25 mins . No exaggeration. And when we got to the window there was no “sorry for the wait guys technical difficulties” which I would be understanding of …. But no acknowledgment of the atrocious wait. And we used the app. Poor execution and service
🤮 Tables were dirty ,the workers were all on their phones, no cups, no utensils...I mean I not expecting much to begin its Taco Bell, but at the very least keep it decent
The music was way too loud. Otherwise, a very nice Taco Bell.
