10+ mins for ONE burrito? Come on..
48MINUTES in the drive thru to get my mobile order… and they give me the wrong order. 20mins in the speaker holding because they were “backed up” but was mostly to hold so the time doesn’t count for them which is getting ridiculous. Food was not cooked properly and my drink was watery because was sitting there for all that time.
I had to wait for 20 minutes in the speaker and they still have no nacho fries, ts is cooked 🥀
Whoever was working drive-through from the hours of 7 PM to 720 on Wednesday August 13th had terrible customer service experience, seem like the gentleman never worked in a customer service industry before ever in that person‘s life perhaps management should put a better customer service representative for Taco Bell.
