Stopped here on a trip. Outside grounds are appealing but definitely doesn’t represent the food or bathrooms. I went to the bathroom first and I was slipping and sliding everywhere. It honestly felt like they mopped the floor with grease. I was able to pull up a waxy / grease foam up with the tip of my shoe, so gross! Then food came out and my burrito had rice that was half hard and not cooked. Honestly grossed out with the bathrooms and how they could potentially treat their food operations. no ice in both drinks, and i ordered soft tacos got hard, and then no mild sauce after they asked if i wanted any sauce. this isn’t the first time this location has done this. y’all need to get it together PLEASE!
They put way too much lettuce on my delivery order, all the tacos were cold bc of it. Also, they didn't put any sauce packets in the box even though i specifically requested mild and Diablo sauce
