I thought leaving a 1star review would help this location get better, but apparently most of Canton has beat me to it. You need to fire the guy that can't even speak to customers, he doesn't even try, mostly cause he's too stoned to comprehend much. He's consistently hurting your business. Not to mention the FOOD...it's TERRIBLE. It's old, crusty, poorly made...no one cares at this NEW location. The one on Tusc runs like a well-oiled machine. As a dasher, we make our living and wages off of going above and beyond for our customers! This Taco Bell has consistently been a place I try to avoid! Never any help from the employees to get stuff out quickly, very forgetful of the dashers waiting, and to top it off, they have an outdoor window that they MAKE you stand at even in the freezing cold until it’s at their convenience to bring your order thats sitting right in front of them! I ordered a number 2 yesterday for lunch, about an hour later I got super sick, had to leave my job early, very bad food poisoning
