I was waiting for my doordash delivery. Nobody in the store said a word to me for a long time. A family came in and waited to order for about 5-10 minutes, employees would look over but nobody came up to them. They finally left without ordering. The customer service was trash.
What's the point of ordering ahead of time when you have to wait behind 8 cars to pick up your order. (A slow wait)
