Edit: its now 2:04. Order was placed at 1:01pm. Also when handed food, shift lead had an attitude wheb saying "sorry for the wait." No you're not. Food was exactly what I wanted (I was worried they would skip over some add-ons) and when thanking the kitchen one of them smiled and said you're welcome :) the only thing I wish cpuld happen is more talking from the back. YES! I WANT TO HEAR AND SEE THEM HAVING A GOOD TIME! It was so quiet in there I was worried they had a bad customer and ruined their mood! Service is terrible. Several people came in to get their orders fixed while I waited 20 minutes after the time that was given on the mobile app. I then checked my order before I left and there was an item missing. I was asked twice if I was there for a mobile order. Not confident they would have actually given me my order of i didn't walk up to the counter wondering what was going on.
