Repeated drive through order multiple times, order was very clearly wrong, as seen on the receipt. Has happened multiple times.

On Saturday June 13th, at around 9:25-9:30 gentlemen at the window purposefully refused to serve due to fact that I tried to Oder from the window because of the heavy rain, I suggest management look into this individual as it might cost the restaurant location it’s reputation and business, will not be coming back
The staff is great and friendly. However, on more than one occasion my food was either cold or missing items. Update: gave this place another chance, the wait time was long, the staff were fighting in the kitchen while we waited for the food, and my food order was wrong and barely warm
