We went through the Taco Bell Drive Thru and ordered. 1) Tacos - Specifically told them twice that we wanted SOFT tacos with no sour cream, got crunchy with sour cream. 2) Amount of filling - my boyfriend and I got a Quesadilla and a Crunchwrap Supreme, the Crunchwrap was completely wrong, with bare layers of food inside. The Quesadilla had barely any chicken or cheese in it, we mostly just tasted tortilla. It has very poor customer service, and the employees are really not that helpful.You have to order yourself on a touch screen register and the employees really don't help that much and they are mostly on their electronic device. Only one older lady that was very friendly and she didn't have a issue of greeting you when you walk in and she was the only one doing actual work.
