Went there for my lunch today and the lady on the drive thru was rude close the window on my face and forgot to put napkins and my sauce that I ask for, the food was good but the customer service 0. And you should put people that speak proper English on drive thru not everbody speaks Spanish I seen a person in front of me having trouble understanding her
Once again disappointed in this location, I got a chicken quesadilla that was burnt and I got the nacho fries. They had no seasoning and I had almost no cheese in my cup and can we just say that you should get more cheese for being a whole dollar now what the heck is going on. Do better.We have to pay for it. Just Fill up the cheese cup.
This place is terrible always. I only go there because its a 15 minute drive to the next taco bell. They are slow. Usually 15 minutes if you order at the kiosk. You'll wait an extra 15 minutes to order at the counter. You wont always get what you ordered. Today I ordered 3 burritos and got 2. Thats been the better of my experiences here. I'm probably gonna start driving the extra 15 minutes. Went in again. Bill was $13.39 so I handed the kid $15.50 and got back $1.75 in change because even basic math has become an issue. If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. The customer service is horrible, it’s late but not too late and they let my call ring multiple times then put me on hold. I went there and it was like a ghost town, no reason they should’ve ignored my call. The food is half decent, only sometimes. They’ve forgotten some of my items in the past, and even after I’ve came back for them to fix their mistake it’s the same.
