Three non-English-speaking women were working in the kitchen, with no one staffing the front counter. The place was empty inside, yet it took 25 minutes just to get our food. As I watched other customers arrive and place orders, they ended up waiting just as long and had to go back to inquire about their meals. We had to do the same.
