Worst customer experience ever.
Worst service ever. Last time they failed to give my all I ordered and made me wait 30min for my order, last 5 times before that they gave me the wrong food each time. I didn’t come back to make them fix it even once. My mom was ahead of me so I called her beautiful in Spanish and they refused service to me. This place is rated below 3 stars for a very valid reason. They blanket refuse service to people who show they are willing to compromise in good faith. Double standards. Horrible food quality, poor service, long wait times, poor wages, impatient staff, dilapidated environment, incorrect food orders, lack of sincerity when they make mistakes, careless packaging, messy kitchen, horrible place. Go to north tacobell for better service and experience. Do better or close down is my suggestion, honestly and outside of personal bias. Poor investment.
