They staff here was very friendly and even offered a pup cup to our dog. He loved it. The girls couldn't believe how friendly our service dog is. The food was excellent thatnight. Soft shell tacos had more meat , cheese and lettuce than normal
The AI was being a pain and the real person, who apparently could hear everything, went on a power trip and got mad because we were annoyed that it wasn't working and then wouldn't let us order. If you were there the whole time maybe you should be taking the orders. Absolutely horrible customer service.
They are now using AI to take your orders and the staff is completely rude. I know it must be frustrating to go home smelling like Taco Bell everyday but you chose your path. For being in the service industry your job is to serve not to be rude to the clientele. Get a new job or smile and take my order. Thank you 😊
