I did an online order tonight with customization. Which costs extra. I got back to my hotel and no extras I ordered and paid for were in my food as well as missing two steak chalupas. Tried calling and telling the nighttime manage THOMAS. he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to fix the food or give me the missing food I ordered. Im extremely unsatisfied with getting ripped off by Thomas the Nighttime manager I will be writing a formal complaint to taco bell and his supervisor!
8am and all doors r closed says it opens at 7am but i guess people dont know how to show up on time.
