Manager is super rude. We asked for sour cream in the burrito. We realized they didn’t put it in there. We then asked for a side of sour cream. The manager was in the back yelling that she won’t remake it and won’t give us sour cream that we said we would pay for. Worst customer service
Almost every time either the drive through doesn't take cash or card so I had to go in. No one is working the register and was waiting around for 15/20 min at the register while my food was sitting in the bag... a lady handed me the bag and I just grabbed it and turned around and she starts saying whats your problem... REALLY how dense are y'all??
Manager didn’t use my coupon and she charged me for the item and when I told her she started lying about it. I kept telling her that she didn’t take my coupon and she said she did but she charged me anyways.
Taco Bell is generally disappointing, but this place in on another level 4 years later… why is the door locked at 8pm? What a joke
Briana P is incredibly rude. My friend and I went through the drive through and she wouldn’t let us order separately. That’s fine I guess but she told us “No. You have to order together”. On top of that 3 of the 5 items we tried to order she said they didn’t have and she was rude about it. When we finally checked out our two items she didn’t say a word and just handed us the bag….
