I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. I placed my order ahead of time through the app and drove to the location. There were only two cars in front of me, but after I got in line, other cars pulled in behind me and I was completely blocked in. We all ended up waiting around 30 to 40 minutes with no explanation. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to taco bell and this is a good one. Food and accuracy aside, the manager there blew me away tonight. While talking to his team and working he was patient, kind, and understanding. Something you RARELY see today in any service industry, let alone a Taco Bell. I run a small business and I'd be stoked to have an employee with that much pep in their step. Worst Taco Bell ever someone stole my food and they refused to remake it! Go to the one on buck instead!!! Whoever I spoke too on the phone was rude too! All I ordered was bean and cheese burritos and they refused to remake them for their mistake of not checking the drivers phone and let some random person take my food…
I love almost everything. The cinnabuns are consistently stale, however
My food was cold and clearly old. Also, the 2 young guys who we're working had no customer service.
