Took probably 35 minutes to make it through the drive-thru you can literally see all the drive-thru times and all of them were in red one time said 5 minutes the other time said 10 minutes and the other number said 25 minutes very terrible and unprofessional not to mention my food was cold
Unless you wanna wait for over 10 minutes in the drive-through do not come here
This place consistently trys to make customers upgrade their meals and takes their choice of small and medium away. It is ILLEGAL. If they continue to do this, we will be filing a law suit against the chain itself, and we will also be taking the manager and every employee that tries to force this to court personally. I shouldn't have to drive to another location because they cant get it together. I already have a lawer to take this case FOR FREE. If it continues I will see you in court.
The franchise manager/owner of this location needs to seriously get it together. They need to be reported to corporate or something. As a Doordasher I've been in line now for 35 mins... And your hours say your lobby should be open until 1. You affected my salary tonight on a Saturday night.
