Ordered a simple chips and nacho supreme dip. My chips taste burnt but look normal. My assumption the grease is not being changed out. Ruined my appetite for a little snack. It also took a long time to receive my food.

Extremely long wait for 2 flatbreads and a burritos. After waiting for over 20 minutes they screwed up my order and were extremely rude. Worst taco bell I've ever been to
Took probably 35 minutes to make it through the drive-thru you can literally see all the drive-thru times and all of them were in red one time said 5 minutes the other time said 10 minutes and the other number said 25 minutes very terrible and unprofessional not to mention my food was cold
