My last visit to this location was less than ideal, and I was given a free taco coupon to compensate, which is fine, issues happen, but when I went to redeem the coupons I was ignored by staff when trying to ask how I was intended to use the coupon at the counter (despite the people ignoring me making direct eye contact with me.) This location used to be good, but has dramatically gone down hill, and I don't believe I will be returning.
The employees completely ignored us when we called. They didn't even acknowledge us. Just made eye contact, then continued singing and talking to eachother.
