Was accused of touching an employee’s car when I used the curb infront of it. When I explained that I didn’t touch her car she refused to apologize and continued saying to not touch it. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service and to top it off my nuggets were burnt to a crisp with no Diablo seasoning. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location. These kids don’t know customer service and have any communication skills. All I wanted was an apology for being falsely accused.
They have 8 people working, nobody in the restaurant and still have to wait 25+ minutes for a simple order Edit 11 months later from your reply and its the same thing
Everytime I go there they make my food wrong
I’ve given this location several second chances, by my experiences with this Taco Bell have taken years off my life. I think out of the probably over ten times Ive been here my food has been correct once, also I shouldn’t have to even ask for a drink cup, let alone yell bc the cashier decided to walk away from me the second I completed my order.
