Food is always lacking and i happen to be eating a stale tortilla from them that they tried to hide by using it in a grilled item

Over the past year they've gotten much better about making sure all of the items are included in the bags and I haven't gotten any stale food in a long time. It's definitely one of the few Taco bells I can go to and expect to get fresh food and friendly service. I don't like the fact that you can be standing in the lobby and it's hard to get any of the staff's attention. I think the staff's doing great now. Management needs to be more attentive of the lobby. You can't do everything through an app unfortunately.
