At this Taco Bell, you can only order fr9m a kiosk. I opted to pay cash. I placed my order and saw a confirmation and waited. After about 10 minutes I asked if my order was received and was told yes. I waited 10 more minutes and asked again. That's when someone told me I was supposed to pay directly after ordering. Initially, there was no one at the counter to take money, so I didn't realize this. To make a longer story short, it took 25 minutes to get my food. What a cluster. Left me sitting there for 10 minutes. Menu board was completely black but I couldn't order through the guy on the speaker because he kept mumbling and sounding like he was just walking away. I tried to order breakfast and he said they don't serve breakfast until 7:00 a.m.?!? (This was 5:30 a.m.)
