I’ve been at least 3 times when they have claimed catastrophic computer failure late at night and had to go elsewhere because of it. They always have the same story! That’ll be up in 20-30mins.
I don’t typically leave five stars at fast food, but Lana specifically just always so happy and probably the most professional etiquette I’ve seen at fast food in a long time and I think it just should be recognized
It works very slowly, I was waiting for an order Very long
This place is terrible, I had a door dash pick up for 10:30 and am still waiting for my order at 11:34! And when I asked how much longer they told me they still haven’t started it. This is unacceptable. The only helpful employee was Lana, she’s really great
