Waited ten minutes for apathetic staff to take my order at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. Five minutes after asking for help still no help. I left.

Food was just ok, have had better at other Taco Bells. We ordered on line and when we got home the order was incorrect, they had left out a burrito. This is the second time I have ever ordered from this location, and this is the second time they have left part of the order out. When we called we were informed they will only refund for the left off item if we go back into the store. Ordered online a few of their new Y2K menu items (yes this will date the review). I went in and heard that my order was at the drive thru window instead of waiting on the shelf. An employee even asked why it was there to begin with. I was handed the order and left. I get back home and went through it and realized that a menu item was left out. The food is always good. The order is accurate about 66 percent of the time. The employees park in front of the store and take the "rock star" parking, which usually would be for customers.
