Mobile ordered for instore.. it was very late. It happens, NBD, but some guy in the back kept yelling to please be patient to the entire lobby (nobody was bothering them?) & then when new customers came into to order, they'd tell them to use the Kiosk & when one guy didnt want to, they told him to he had to be patient because they dont have front counter people anymore & they're severely understaffed & doing their best - he went on & on about missing having a front counter staff. Ordered steak got ground beef order a crispy chicken soft taco and got a cabbage taco with a couple of chunks of grilled chicken. Literally got my entire order wrong except the nacho fries. Was to far away to drive back so I tried calling multiple times and got no answer.
Probably the best taco bell I've been to, staff is very friendly and everything is very clean even the bathrooms, my only complaint is that I wish the lobby was more comfortable but that's pretty minor.
Waited ten minutes for apathetic staff to take my order at 4:30pm on a Wednesday. Five minutes after asking for help still no help. I left.
Food was just ok, have had better at other Taco Bells. We ordered on line and when we got home the order was incorrect, they had left out a burrito. This is the second time I have ever ordered from this location, and this is the second time they have left part of the order out. When we called we were informed they will only refund for the left off item if we go back into the store.
