NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. This place needs to be shut down immediately. We were the only customers there, sat in the drive-thru forever, and when the food finally arrived, it was incomplete. They handed us only the Taco Bell items, forgot my drink, and left out my fiance’s entire KFC order. That level of incompetence is honestly shocking. Ordered a three-piece chicken meal The meat was not cooked all the way. Chicken was still bloody...I Went to the manager and he said that's how they marinate it. I wasn't offered a new meal or refund. I'm never eating there again.
If you are craving for Taco Bell, Don't go to this location. I had to have them remake my Mexican pizza. The first one look like dog food so I asked them to remake it. Also the shells tasted old. I then go back inside and tell them that this does not look the menu. This is just slopped and looks like dog food and it needs to be redone. They take it back in. Waited 30 mins for a lux box. They had me pull forward then gave two cars behind me their food. I finally had enough parked and went inside. When I asked were me food was the young lady behind the counter (how should not be in food service or customers service) as she went to check on my food and then never came back. She then walked by me to give another customers their food. Never apologized for the wait nothing.
If I could rate this place one star I would. I got a RAW chicken sandwich!! Unbelievable
