I was picking up a delivery order earlier this afternoon. A handicapped gentleman in front of me was struggling to finish his order and pay. The young man at the cashier was extremely patient, kind and ended up covering the meal. He did it without embarrassing the customer or making it known to his coworkers. It was the most compassionate act of service I’ve seen from a fast food restaurant. I failed to catch his name but this location has great and thoughtful employees. My food was still on time, too.
Workers can’t seem to read orders correctly. Maybe they should stop having a group conversation near the drive through window and actually do their job. Great food but horrible service
Especially considering it’s a Saturday night (around 10pm), I was quite impressed with the speed and kindness of the employees! Even the drive through lady asked my son and I if we needed any help as we were kind of just standing there since we placed an app in store pickup order.
Feeding my lifelong addiction to the bell!
