Ordered several items, some no lettuce, others NO sour cream. I ended up getting Sour Cream. Almost causing my throat to close up. I went back to let the store know. Same guy who made them the first time (older gentleman) didn't seem to care. Just asked if I wanted money back or food replaced. Very rude. Next time I might just push a lawsuit instead.
the food here is so much worse than the one on carbon city. i’d rather wait for an hour there than to ever stop here again the quality is awful and horribly inconsistent

I ordered a Vegetarian Bowl, but I was given a Chicken Bowl by mistake. I took one bite before realizing it contained chicken. I am 100% vegetarian, and consuming meat is against my religious beliefs. I immediately returned to the store to report the issue, but I only received an apology. This was a very upsetting experience
