My question is when they gonna fire the incompetence working out there. I live 3 miles away so 6 miles round trip. Of course they messed up my order tonight, like every time I eat there, gave me someone else's order, so a 6 mile trip turned into a 12 mile. And they didn't offer nothing but a apology for the inconvenience. Pathetic restaurant. Then someone in the back said "really" when I told them I wanted a refund!!! I just wanted to leave a quick note about how consistently good the service is here. The staff is always friendly, fast, and polite, whether I'm ordering in the drive-thru or inside. My order is almost always perfect, and even when it's busy, they handle it with a smile. Keep up the awesome work!
