I had a great experience! I placed my order online and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee who helped me over the intercom was very friendly, and when I got to the window, she was just as welcoming. She even asked me how my day was, which I really appreciated. I ordered a Luxe Box, and everything was warm, fresh, and delicious. My order was also completely correct. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely give it a 10/10! :)

The food was bad; it was ice cold, they never heated the taco, the cheese wasn't melted, and the tortilla was cold. We ordered steak tacos and paid extra to have them change the ground beef to steak, they charged even more for the change, and they put four pieces of carnitas in each taco. Also, in my son's taco, after they put very little meat in it, there was a piece of chicken. A very bad impression. I was happy because I moved nearby and said I'd go there often because it's one of my favorites, but not anymore!
