I placed a mobile order for pickup, and the entire experience was excellent! My order was just about ready when I arrived, made exactly as requested, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, making the pickup quick and easy. It’s always appreciated when an order is accurate and prepared with care. This was one of the best Taco Bell experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be back. Great job to the entire team!
Came to the drive thru around 4pm-5ish , I order nacho fries and a few other items the lady at the window was very rude she told me I had to park in the front to wait on my items ! This isn’t the first time she made me do this, she complained to me about how she’s on a timer, very unacceptable. A drive thru is to receive FAST food , if that’s the case i could’ve just ordered inside.
I didn’t get her name but this girl helping me was so nice! She went out of her way to help me when she absolutely didn’t have to.
The Enorito does not taste the same
I went in there last week and they just got ransacked…. The manager and the staff went above and beyond by making me an Enchirito which it wasn’t out yet! Since then, I’ve been to three different Taco Bell’s who absolutely refused even if I paid for all the ingredients! I will never forget this location as I came back today to order the Enchirito And met another manager, who is unbelievable! So nice so hospitable and so caring! You just don’t find this much at quick service restaurants! Well, done, Taco Bell
