Terribly understaffed for how overwhelmingly busy the location is. So noisy inside that orders get messed up because of the inability to hear the other person. Even what was ordered was made incorrectly, and it came slow due to the sheer amount of orders. At least the very overwhelmed staff there remade the food. Hire more people!!!
Going through drive through, I could barely get any of my order out without being talked over, and the lady kept cutting me off, and when I attempted to continue the next part of the order, I was cut off again with the total asking if I wanted to round up. When I said I wasn’t done with the order, the lady got snappy and inconvenienced by the fact that I was ordering more than one thing. Told her nevermind and left. This has been an issue multiple times with the same lady working drive through.
Service was absolutely horrible the last few times I came in and management (team lead). I'm surprised to be honest! Food also hasn't been what I ordered.
