Going through drive through, I could barely get any of my order out without being talked over, and the lady kept cutting me off, and when I attempted to continue the next part of the order, I was cut off again with the total asking if I wanted to round up. When I said I wasn’t done with the order, the lady got snappy and inconvenienced by the fact that I was ordering more than one thing. Told her nevermind and left. This has been an issue multiple times with the same lady working drive through.
Service was absolutely horrible the last few times I came in and management (team lead). I'm surprised to be honest! Food also hasn't been what I ordered.
We were in a hurry and drove through the Drive thru. It was, as always mediocre.
Picking up an order as a DoorDasher and the order took 20 minutes. Employees appeared to be joking and playing around instead of working.
