This restaurant was the most dirty restaurant I have been to in a long time. Floor filthy, packets full of sauce when you try to grab one, all tables were dirty. So sad to see when nobody is in the store or drive thru.
Never get my orders right. Missing items I paid for. (Missing item again 6/5/24)and again missing items (7/4/24) No nacho cheese on a Bellgrande. Really?!(8/29/24) they closed the lobby. Said short staff but I see more than enough to work. There is another taco bell in town with the same amount of staff and they do way better work then here. (9/22/25)
??? Literally everything was wrong, even a cup of ice water
We always bring our out of town guests here. They never disappoint. Best deep dish pizza in Chicago.
Food cold and soggy made me sick. I dont recommend this taco bell
