Can't get a single order right
Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I placed a drive thru order and it was about 20 minutes per car just to get their order taken(and I was just picking up too). Unreal. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Only reason the food got 2 stars was because it’s Taco Bell. I waited 30 minutes, two cars in front of me were processed through the drive thru and I left.
They really need to trained their night shift workers again. Order food ahead of time for pickup and they say it'll be another 10min when we got there... been an hour and still nothing smfh. Wasted my damn time.
This line did not move for a total of 42 minutes. Several people went to the door and not one employee was willing to come to the door to explain what the deal was, and why we were all waiting for so long and not moving. Then all of a sudden, a woman walks out of the locked door with a Taco Bell worker in toe, helping her put an obscene amount of food into her vehicle.
