She refused to take my order. Told me to use the kiosk. Those kiosks have stolen my money before. No thanks. Got some sonic for cheaper than I would have gotten Taco Bell for anyway
Never mind the hastily wrapped, ripped up tortilla. The real travesty about this bean burrito was the razor thin spreading of what can only be described as a refried bean garnish. I seriously doubt I could even scrape a full tablespoon of refried beans out of this burrito. This was a “tortilla burrito” with a drizzle of bean sauce. I’d also like to note that the establishment was not pressed or crowded in any way. I was the only customer at the time.
Horrible Experience!! I was paying with cash and she refused to take my order and told me to use kiosk. I did but had to go back to register to give her my cash even after I used kiosk. She was screaming at me and another employee apologized repeatedly for her actions. If you can’t deal with the public find another job where you don’t have to. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!! Especially if she still works there. Wish I had looked at her name.
I am leaving five stars ONLY because of one employee. I have traveled most of the United States and visited multiple Taco Bells. This Taco Bell I will buy from “If” Joy is working a shift. I won't let anyone else make my food either. She delivers a service Taco Bell should always stand by—excellent customer service, speedy food service, and the food that tastes like food.
