This Taco Bell is literally the WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. (And I've made my way across the United States of America more than one with just a couple bucks in my pocket.) I will purposely drive out of my way to go to the other two locations (at least fifteen + minutes) to ensure that I get the food that I ordered. And by get the food that I ordered, I mean that I get all of the items that I ordered (not someone else's order, which happens FREQUENTLY) and that the food that I ordered was prepared correctly.
