Have been waiting at the register for over 15 mins and nobody came up and asked why I’m waiting or what I want. No one even responded when I asked.

Every single time that I go here all of my food is messed up. ABSOULTE TRASH. There is 4/5 chance my order will be messed up in some sort of way. TONIGHT every item was messed up. EVERY ITEM WAS COLD. THERE WAS LETTUCE IN MY CHEESE CUP. HOW?! MY ORDER WAS NOT not packed/presented appropriately. Will be back for FULL REFUND. 0/10 FOR SERVICE. FOR LACK OF PREPARATION AND CORRECTIVE ORDER. ECT
