Food made wrong countless times honestly it’s my fault for still trying. No refunds ever offered. One time was told to come back and ask for it on a specific day only to then be told they had no idea that I had called. A true dark spot for the chain exists on Manchester road.
This Taco Bell always takes soooooo long to get your food you are waiting in the drive thru for atleast 20min EVERY time. It’s at the point where I’m done going there
Mexican pizza and taco did not taste very good
Ordered nachos with cheese and ordered loaded nachos and the chips where extremely salty and ordered Stake chptl ranch they put to much sauce on it .They need to have better service and improve the quality of the food .
I’ve been through more Taco Bell drive throughs than I’d care to admit. I’d describe most of the workers I encounter there as friendly, like most folks. Tonight, I worked with the friendliest Taco Bell employee I can ever remember, Carson. Carson may in fact be the friendliest person I have ever met, period. If you are having a bad day and maybe can’t afford therapy, please stop by the Taco Bell in Ellisville,MO and make sure you get to talk to Carson!
