Making someone go inside to pick up an order when I've already waited in line is RIDICULOUS when u have the food sitting there!! Horrible customer service and they don't wear gloves in the kitchen!
They open at 8am. Went to the drive thru at 8:07am. Was told "we are not open". I asked well, when are you open? You're supposed to be open at 8. The lady said we will be open at 8:10-8:15am. I waited and came back. Received my order with the most soggy hasbrowns. Couldn't even hold the hashbrown without it crumbling apart. Definitely not a good experience. Lady at the window had an unnecessary attitude
Man I thought they got it together but they just dont deserve to exist. Grown adults cant even do a child's job. Im done. No wonder these companies have to pay millions for advertising. The service and food just cant sell itself.
