Spent 20 minutes at the front window after waiting 5 minutes to get there. Half crowded on a Friday night and every customer was left waiting with no updates. Two workers literally stood around talking and watching the other kitchen staff.
They let you sit there and stand in the lobby and look crazy. They will not help you they will just let you stand there looking around. Good luck with that
Poor customer service. Did not greet us at all until after 5 minutes of us standing there. I finally had to say excuse me to get my question answer. I will not return to this location even though it is nearest my house.
My second try at the Bell that day. This one went off wonderfully. Thank you for being there to satisfy my craving.
