Service is horrible, they will ring the order up correctly but will give you the wrong food and useless utensils (they gave me a knife and no fork, i had no need for a knife). They can't complete the job or give you what you ordered, waste of money and time.
The kids that work here lack basic customer service skills. They’re in the kitchen having a blast and cracking jokes until a customer arrives and then they put a frown on their face real quick. You’d think they’d at least get the order right…. But they don’t do that either. This is a regular occurrence at this location by the way. Re-train them or hire staff that knows better.
This restaurant tried to deny me service based on my handicap. I am hearing impaired impaired and after a few attempts at understanding them in the drive through i asked to move forward to continue placing my order. They said no. I did anyway because they cant deny me service for not being able to hear. There was no one else in the line anyway. After placing my order someone did pull up behind me and they wanted me to pull back around and go through the line again. Ridiculous service. They messed up my order in 2 ways which ... read more
