I get we are a large family but damn how many times is the order wrong. I'm sure there is a process to double check the order.
We spent $60 at this place. That’s on us. What isn’t on us was the quality of the food. Our tacos were mush. The gorditas were mush. The nachos were mush. All inedible. While waiting on the food in the drive through, people were trying to get in the store. The doors were locked. It was 5 PM! One person who tried to get in was handicapped. Getting in and out of vehicles as a handicapped person isn’t easy. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. It makes us wary to try any of them.
